Here's my CS! Name: Lacrima 'Lac' Monti Age: 25 Gender: Male
Lac Monti's face and body are perpetually smooth thanks to magic, allowing their olive hue to show. His face is boyish, with unpronounced cheekbones, a perfectly symmetrical nose, and golden eyes that have a weariness that is one of the few marks of his real age and experiences, while his hair is black, perfectly combed and smooth, and perfectly clean.

There are two sides to Lacrima Monti; the part that craves fighting, and the one that is weary of it. On his world, he had been fighting on various battlefields, and this 'career' had continued after the discovery of the Multiverse, due to his sense of justice, a sense of justice that, ironically, puts him at odds with the established order, namely, the New Keyblade Order. Lacrima is a believer that the ban on worlds mixing is an outdated and corrupt law, one whose purpose, to prevent yet another Keyblade War, has failed before, and will fail again. Better to let the worlds mix, and progress together, and confront the prospect that someone might destroy the worlds once more as a combined force. However, despite this animosity, he respects the New Keybladers, and is willing to make truces with them.

War. War Never Changes. It is now two centuries since the bombs fell, since the world was devastated by the nuclear exchange between the US and China. It has also been more than twenty years since The Courier, in New Vegas, defeated the corrupt New California Republic, the vile Caesar's Legion, and the dictatorial Mr. House...only to found a more corrupt, vile, and dictatorial nation in their place. For in this version of the Fallout world, the Courier had been affected by his injury to the head, causing his thoughts to grow corrupted by lust for power. Now, New Vegas is a nation where every vice can be satisfied, anything and anyone can be bought for the right price, and where masses of slaves toil for the ego of a once-heroic soul now a travesty of himself. Lacrima Monti, named after the Italian word for tears, was born to The Courier and one of his slave concubines, one of many 'Princes' of New Vegas. From the start, he was taught how to rule, how to fight, and how to kill, under the tutelage of the harshest teachers his father can get him. He also had to compete with his other siblings, both male and female, for they learned to betray and backstab each other as soon as they can comprehend the concepts. It was an unhappy life, but Lacrima found solace in his books, and the few kind people in the palace, such as his mentor in history, whose harshness was only a facade, and his nanny and serving maid. So, he found himself with some moments of happiness, and even began to dream of 'fixing' his father's domain. But, this was not to last. For one of his brothers framed Lacrima for trying to poison their father, and The Courier, his anger amplified by his paranoia, had Lacrima sentenced to death, the method of execution to be for him to be carted off to the easternmost parts of the Mojave Desert, where, with only the clothes on his back, he was forced to run, run, run, into territory populated by various mutated beasts. It was not long until he encountered one of those monsters; a Deathclaw, who then attacked the defenseless young boy, who, resigning himself to dying anyway, stood his ground and picked up a stick...which turned into a Keyblade in his hand. Now with a weapon, he managed to hack the Deathclaw to bits, then continued on his journey eastwards, more confident now as the Keyblade also had the ability to conjure food and water. After that followed years of adventure, as the boy, who was now growing up, fought slavers, raiders, more monsters, and saved entire towns from said enemies, making his way to Chicago, where he lived for a while, fighting troops from the Enclave, a force of 'genetic purists' who regarded themselves as the only real humans, and everyone else to be slain or enslaved. It was then that emmisaries from the New Keyblade Order approached him, asking him to come to join their ranks; and so he did, becoming one of the World Defence Commitee's students at Radiant Garden. He was 19 then, more mature than people at his age, but still easily riled...especially when he found out he cannot interfere in his homeworld anymore. And so, when he had learned enough, he gathered a group of like-minded pupils - Non-Keybladers - and rebelled against the WDC, taking an entire Gummi Ship, books of knowledge, and weapons with them, departing for the Fallout World, where they, with the fire of their magic and their areial advantage, managed to overthrow The Courier and begin the restoration of New Vegas. This did not go unnoticed by the World Defence Commitee, and they sent troops to negotiate, or force, the 'Champions of the Multiverse', which Lacrima's people now called themselves, to 'cease their folly'. Needless to say, negotiations failed, and a war followed, a war mostly fought in the edges of the known worlds. Several units of the WDS were damaged in the this conflict, an outcome that neither side wanted. Because of this, the two factions formed an uneasy truce, a truce willingly agreed to by Lacrima Monti...

The Champions of the Multiverse are a splinter group of the New Keyblade Order, dedicated to making war on the concept of 'Crapsack World'. Composed of Keybladers who are mostly novices, they compensate for their lack of experience with zeal, cunning, and lots of 'mundane' guns and weapons, as well as the aerial and orbital advantages offered by their Gummi Ships.

Lacrima's Keyblade normally manifests as a thin, dark purple longsword with a gold-and-white hilt and leathery handle, as well as two bittings at its right side; this weapon can transform into two purple-and-gold guns with shiny metal barrels and smooth handles emblazoned by a white 'tear', which launch bolts of flame from their mouths.

Offense: Shadowbreaker Custom Ability: Flame Shot - Allows one to transform his Keyblade into a gun that shoots flaming bolts.
