I have a couple power ideas I want to go with, some to play into the setting of the island, some that come from died too quickly RPs I'd like to try again.

Need to decide where to go power wise.  I was considering a strong guy, someone elastic, I had a hero based on Bouncing Boy from Legion of Superheroes I'd like to try again, few other ideas power wise.
