She worships Silv for the bandits. If she ever broke away from them, she would easily forget the practices of praising Silv, but not Yumar. And I dunno, maybe it could be like a mix of gypsies and bandits? The capable adults go out and pilliage in the desert while the elder and children go out and con people in the city?
