[@Ruby Etra] Anyway, if you follow the pattern that I'll be using, the should be no problems with the smoothness of the RP.

Just divide your posts in three sections, before, during and after the event. Where you can react to people's actions before yours, explain what you'll be doing during the event and then set up your actions until the next one.

Call that cheating, if you will, but it's efficient nevertheless.
