Ah, I did forget that might cause alarm. Yeah, I wouldn't use it while in the company of PCs unless it was discussed and accepted. It'd only come into use if it solely affected my character and NPCs,  but even then it wouldn't be for quite some time. Plus, my character isn't suicidal by any means.

With that said, all of the bells can harm the wielder. So she couldn't be running around using them. It'd require focus and being still to some degree, so there are plenty of limitations that I seemingly failed to address. Even if there wasn't, I wouldn't do anything to another character that hadn't been agreed upon.
