Dude it's Fairy Tail and anime. XD it was stated he died because of lost magic. If we go by that logic, Erza should probably have been dead.... A lot of times. Actually most of them. XD

The only one you could probably count a FAIRY TAIL member killing someone in that arc is Loki and Capricorn when they removed Zoldeo from Loki, ultimately killing him.

I've been here too long. Getting Fairy Tail and Phoenix Wing mixed up when Phoenix Wing has killed a lot more xD
