And yet still her attacks carried on, the Red Key slamming down again and again, rose petals flourishing through the air and dissipating with each impact as she struck over and over. Kiba felt the impacts ringing through his right arm as she attempts to hack away through his defense. Again, this can't go on forever, otherwise someone else might shoot him in the back again. It's already happened twice, after all. There's also the fact that he was sent to help someone in the first place, which he almost forgot about. However, he was doing his part here anyway by keeping this one off of Cinder Fall's back and she's likely handling herself just fine wherever she's at.

After her blade crashed against his yet again, Kiba switched from defense to offense, responding with a vertical downward slash intended to cleave her in half.
