Deformities/odd features: 
-An additional 3 feet of vertebrae extend from what should have been the end of his spinal cord. Surrounded by thick muscle, Red’s tail is one of his most noticeable features. It is covered in a bushy coat of snow white fur.
-The circumference of his irises are black and blend with the natural amber pigment the closer it is to the center
-Red exhibits low-level psychic/mental abilities as a result of the unknown alien DNA. His abilities are weak, for now, but he contains untapped, raw potential within his psyche. Red cannot control his abilities for now and suppresses them whenever possible, fearful of his own capabilities ( as well as the “voices” in his head). 

General Appearance: 
At first glance, Red looks like any ordinary guy you’d see out in the world. Seemingly Caucasian in appearance, tall, dark, and bushy-tailed, he tries his best to look like ‘everyone else’. Red maintains the average physique of a fit, healthy individual. His tail trails 3 feet behind him and his covered in a soft, white fur that gets thicker and longer toward the curved end.

Personality: 
He was bred to be a soldier but would rather spend his time learning about the outside world than training to destroy it. He has an affinity for knowledge and learns fairly quickly due to his genetically enhanced genes. Though the species of his second DNA donor remain unknown, it is apparent that they are beings of intellect and understanding, accounting for Red’s sensitivity toward others. Red could care less whether he is alone or surrounded by others, however, he doesn't trust easy. He assess a new face with caution.
Once he’s gotten to know you, you’ll find Red to be rather snarky and, for lack of a better term, playful. His is often a coping mechanism for him, to ease his mind off the overwhelming voices and emotions. His inability to control his empathic and telepathic abilities could damage his mental state and cause physical pain. He compensates the pain for laughter and sarcasm. 
Like many creatures, Red’s emotions can be interpreted by the gestures and motions of his tail. Personally, Red adores his tail but finds that is can be a burden and a nuisance at times, knocking down objects or thrashing against the wall. Often, he finds himself curling the thing around his waist in order to keep still.
Red isn't the type to get angry very easily, or rather he’s accustom to bottling his emotions from even himself. He’s soft-spoken and tries his best to keep calm and collected. However, when he is pushed to the brink of his last nerve, Red isn't afraid to shout. Naturally, his abilities are tied to his mental state, but due to his inexperience and weak control it is rare for a out-pour of psychic energy to burst from his emotions.

Weaknesses:
-Most vulnerable when using his abilities as they require mental concentration and focus
-Easily susceptible to migraines and other illnesses, most likely as a result of the unknown DNA mixing with human DNA
-Abilities unstable the weaker his state of mind becomes
-His abilities in general at this time.

History: 
Red was created as a prototype for a new line of expendable inter-species psychic soldiers. He was created primarily for intel gathering but was also engineered for combat. His skills were tested often during his growth for scientist to document advancements in his mental and physical abilities. He had the strength of an average human being and showed little promise in becoming the weapon they all hoped he would become. His human DNA gave him a strong sense of sympathy, rendering him a useless as a soldier. Plans were already set to cancel the project. That is until 3 months in his incubation an odd bump appeared on his lower back. The scientists were hopeful that the new tail was key to unlocking his true potential as a weapon. Still, the testing proved futile. They decided to start over, use a different set of DNA and substituting human DNA for that of another species. As per usual, Red’s memories of the last 24 hours were wiped upon entering his incubation chamber. The next time he’d awaken, Red found himself atop the cold interior surface of a steel cage.

Now I'd be changing a lot about him, mixing things up about his personality and such to better fit the unpredictable twist and turns that may pop up in this RP, but for the most part if there's anything in the original that's meh to you, let me know :3

I think I'll give him an animal form for no reason other than I feel like drawing him and I can only draw...not people.
