[@Adorabadass] Very nicely balanced character. I was a little worried at first by the "Swiss Army knife" astral arm, but as Fred can only manifest it when enraged I think that balances out its power quite well.

Since most Dalish Elves are quite clam and peaceful, although can also be driven and forceful at times, would Fred be an Alienage Elf? Or possibly he was a refugee from Haven and rather than a true High Dragon that crushed his arm it was Nightmare during his attack on the settlement?
