Sadly Aaron's plan to be unnoticed failed after the man leading the attack had spotted him out of seemingly nowhere. This angered Aaron he thought of himself as a master of stealth. "How could this man have noticed me!" He thought, while his inner and outer fire boiled around him. "And he said this isn't my fight!" he unintentionally screamed this time. That was a rookie mistake. No real master of stealth would yell like that, when trying to remain hidden. Everyone glared at him for a brief moment but then quickly went back to the task at hand. Luckily they had already created some chaos and where there was chaos there was fire. He quickly sprinted through not caring where he emerged. It seemed like he ran for hours leaving a trail of his embarrassment behind him. Oddly Aaron must have only ran in circles since he ended up in a hotel just a block away. He saw two men talking in the doorway. He decided he wouldn't fail this eavesdrop. However he knew and so badly wanted to go back to those heroes though, and he really knew he would get revenge on that man for screwing things up. Except if he didn't whoever sent him would be a good replacement, Aaron thought as he imagined taking the blood from that lifeless body and adding it to his flame on top of all his minions.
