[@Willy Vereb]I was going to have Silme be the main spies for Umbraisis, but decided that it'd be better for each section to have their own spy forces, exceot the Khoren, who could careless and are as subtle as a boulder. So elf spies will be sent out, but they're more specialized and less long-term than the priests.
