As usual Yamato rejected all that was offered to him, making Takeshi look like a hang-around. It was to be expected. He didn't understand why people even tried. Why anyone would subject themselves to ridicule and rancor. Maybe it was because he was wealthy or had a profitable history within Konoha. Perhaps there all sadist, he jested flatly. The next figures to enter the scene surprised him. What were they doing there? Especially Paneru? after all that Yamato had thrown at him. He was basically degraded to a useless pile and yet, he still showed up to help? It was amazing to see the strong spirit that resided in others. Whether that be to deny the stamps that others placed on them or to simply find the strength to keep moving forwards, it made Daiki feel warm on the inside. Still, without the harshness of Yamato's words, he had a point about Paneru. Combat wasn't the guy's strong suit, not even in the least. Anyone could tell just by glancing at him. Daiki hand's clenched the wood of the branch he was perched on. He had two choices, jump down there and see what was hidden within or stay hidden, and see what would happen from afar. With a flash of movement, he jumped from the tree and landed next to Aoi and Paneru. Liquid gold glanced between Aoi and Paneru. It was near impossible to guess what they were thinking but he walked in front of them and stepped up beside Yamato. He trusted them to handle themselves. Yamato, however, was a dangerous variable. His anger held the reins of his body, and when he exploded, Daiki wanted to be there to snuff him out. " Why waste the opportunity right? Let's see what your family has in its the closet, Minamoru-scum." Before they entered, Daiki unraveled the scroll hidden in his jacket, and pull Anemone from its content. The blade appeared in the air just like before, its hilt being caught with grace before gravity took hold. He tucked the scroll back into his jacket as he barreled his chakra into the sword's blade. A red wind ran down Anemone's blade and sharpened it point to its limit. When they all finally entered and the sunlight was replaced by the shadows of the building, Daiki strolled partially behind Yamato and partially ahead of the others. A comfortable spot for him should things go haywire and the Minamoru was laying a trap for them. And it wasn't long till that ideal had gained some credibility. The woman from Yamato's house, the one with the blood-thirsty aura surrounding her raised up ontop of a smaller building. She appeared the same as yesterday, even her confident smile had remained. Daiki shot a hand out for the others to stop. " Rei?" He looked over towards Yamato, who gazed back him with shaky, vivid eyes. It was anger, only it was amplified by the name that left the woman's mouth. That's real. The anger in his eyes, the urgency shaking his bones ... This could still be a trap though, I won't lose sight of the facts. The thumps of human boots echoed in the building next, surrounding them with thugs and brutes. He could tell just from looking at them they were weak, capable of being taken out by even medical-nin. With a powerful gaze, he fixed his sights on a group of them off to the right, his broadsword at the ready. He gritted his teeth before leaping forwards, meeting each blade with a counterattack and killing his opponents when the opportunity presented itself. Brutal killings they each were. Some were completely missing their heads, others had large thrusts through their hearts. In a matter of several seconds, he had killed fourteen of the thugs and left a maelstrom of wind damage in his path. When those surrounding him all laid dead and his boots were coated in blood, he looked back over at where the woman once stood with a grim frown. He was relatively unharmed, the only signs of battle being the crimson stains covering his hands, clothes, and Anemone. " I've seen you before, standing over your underlings at the Minamoru residence," he started lowly, voice raised and tinging with anger. " Konoha isn't your plaything nor your shoddy basement to conduct your sacrifices. You won't get away with killing our comrades ... I swear I'll find you."
