As a Servant, Saber gained vast amounts of knowledge of both the modern world and of history beyond her time. Vlad the Impaler, the source of the legend of Dracula... his surname was Tepes. Perhaps in this world, their version of Tepes was the origin of the young girl who appeared before them?

Queen Tepes raised an eyebrow for a moment at Gintoki's comments, before making a comment of her own. "Just don't go checking my walls for pot roasts."
