[@Caits] Expolar hasn't looked at all the characters yet, but has approved the main Frenzy Plant entry.  Zarkun has looked at both the main entry and all the characters, and approves.  With your own approval, I think that's everything it takes for Frenzy Plant to become official!

And that means, if people want, they can start applying to it as well.
