[@ActRaiserTheReturned] I understand, but you may find yourself rather outmatched by gods with broader domains. For instance, there is nothing to say that a fire, water, earth or air type god cannot create a dragon too. They are 'creatures' rather than something ambiguous and non-generic enough to be a domain. 
But as I say, I will reserve judgement until you submit a CS. If you can make it work, I'll have no complaints :)
