BTW, I updated my military a bit.
Added the Forgwynn-class mini submarines.
They are extremely light, fast, somewhat durable and armed with only light torpedoes (meaning they are useless against heavy armor).
Basically Yllendthyr's answer to stop piracy was to blow them up with economically affordable submarines.
If you're on Yllendthyr's waters and up to no good then there's a considerable chance a torpedo is already traveling to your direction.
