Im thinking of making [Url=http://www.roleplayerguild.com/topics/80369-they-wouldnt-fit-in-my-closet-so-i-put-them-here/ooc]Dmitri[/Url] an Insulator and/or some kind of battery that i can put in his arm so he can reflect/store electricity in his left arm and shoot it back out of his palm.

But i have no legit way to give it to him, i dont want to just slap it on him, i want there to be a way that he got it. Hmm....
