[/quote]First picture looks the most authentic, tech-wise. So long you aren't nitpicking on the details.
Also it's the least cool of the three, IMO. BTW, it seems to be inspired by the AT-AT.
Second picture's mech looks the most robust and hardest to disable. Although it probably is awful in mobility, weight or armaments.
Third picture looks the best and probably the most useful in combat. Especially if you add another version which has a turret. Its legs are kinda fragile and would realistically never support this weight but that's hardly an issue. :lol

The choice is of course yours.
