The Ranges are Astarte's personal plane. She retreats there when she wants to escape other gods, but they're also populated by many kinds of creatures which Astartian summoners will be able to summon once we're a few turns into the RP. Astarte will eventually make one of her Heroes open up an Academy to teach all kinds of persons (not just astartians) how to perform Astartian Summoning. So, your people could eventually learn some level of summoning magic if Undasis helps Astarte to build an underwater version of the Academy!
