1. there can be but anything pornographic should be moved to the pms (isn't very highly enforced but is still suggested as there are "children" in the rp)
2. you just start doing things, the ooc has no real limits but the ic is governed by a gm that lives in the Netherlands and is rarely on for very long... although, i've always got ideas for private rps if you want a bit more structure (although they will be pornographic if you let things get that far in a romance)
