That'll only work is Shiro is as willing to wail on Sapphire as Sapphire is on Shiro. Otherwise it's just a one-sided disciplining. Maybe if Sapphire tries to engage with Shiro in conversation or something. As it stands, her interaction with her team is practically zero. Misunderstandings? They hardly know each other.
