They think it will be more helpful as it will allow the resource tracking they do to be better able to account for the growing size of the Platta civilization. They do think it will be harder to be precise for the same reason, but they come up with two additions to the system to make it more possible. This is the noting of approximation, as in "within 5 of" as well as marks for larger numbers than the Platta care to count such as 1,000. This is only understood in terms of 10 of 10 of 10 of something as the highest number used before now was the population (103). The resource tracker says, "I don't think it will get as high as 10 of 10 of 10 within my lifetime but I think we might some day. This innovation will aid many things in the future." At the next discussion between all Platta (after the parts involving Faw are resolved), this system is explained. A sentry (order = red) tired of the long discussion explains that this could also be used with messengers deliver daily updates and tasks rather than rely on discussion. The Platta think this would save a lot of time, but also could cause misunderstanding of goals. For now, it is done on a trial run with white mediators as the main task writers. Unintentionally, the Platta are moving to a more hierarchical government. Some are aware, and like it. Some are aware, and worry about it.
