The only character out of the ones you listed who could potentially destroy a planet there is Nono, and she's nerfed by being unwilling to use any of those abilities due to potential collateral damage as discussed by her player. She was accepted because of that. None of the characters who can do those kinds of things and aren't nerfed by personality or other methods of nerfing aren't accepted. He's fine as is, I just want to know that he won't ever get to the level of casual planet destruction from near death powerups.
That's good to know, actually. Granted powers of canon characters are only a matter of interpretation. But actually what [@Boomrocker] said is right. Powerscaling, high end feats and deductive reasoning. There are many ways. Fate characters can be stronger than DBZ depending on which incarnation you use. Umineko characters can cut entire universes in half or do crazy multiversal reality warping BS. Touhou characters have so many who can be powerscaled to be planetbusters that it isn't even funny. Depending on how you interpret Raditz's power he could be easily a planetbuster (Piccolo's Moonbusting was violent enough to be as energetic as a planetbuster, and that was the day after he fought Raditz) Alternatively he could be just strong enough to destroy an entire mountain range, large metropolis or potentially somewhat more if he actually puts an effort into the attack. Zenkai are similarly something you can interpret many ways. In the series it was mostly just a plot device for the Frieza Arc and it allowed people to gain seriously BS amount of powers. On the other hand after the Frieza Arc the Zenkais were inexplicably toned down and even when Saiyans were beaten half-dead they didn't become any notable stronger. In conclusion if needed the player can describe Raditz's powers almost any way he wants. Anyways if everyone else is nerfed shouldn't it be more sensible if Nono receives the same? So instead of apparently holding back (which wouldn't matter because she'd be still too durable to be hurt) it'd be better if she isn't that strong to begin with. I mean her being planetbuster or such. There's no problem with her being the strongest if that's what did you established in the RP. Also if we are at it, what do you think as the maximum acceptable level of destruction? Anything that doesn't outright destroy the planet? I'm asking because technically Kazuma is not too shabby on that himself. He can generate mega hurricanes that occupy a plain visible section of Earth and rather visibly seen moving (if a 200km-wide hurrican eye visibly moves when watched from distance that means the wind speed is measured in kilometers per second, trillions of tons of air spiraling at velocities faster than modern anti-tank shells!) and his ultimate potential as the proxy of the Spirit King of the Air can even have him destroy the Earth. That being said, this is Kazuma when relying on his Contractor Mode and he certainly can't do the latter yet because he's a mere human and just controlling a section of the atmosphere in 100km radius for 5 minutes can nearly overwhelm his mind. Still, I want some clarification so I can stay on the safe side.
