Hello Guild. I'm on the hunt for a solid 1x1 RP to get me through the summer doldrums. I am a lover of both Western fantasy, and anime, and I have been known to blend the two genres together. I have a few specific scenarios that I'd be interested in playing out. I have ideas for the direction each of them could go, but the plot lines haven't been fleshed out; after all, making the plot as you go is part of the fun of RPing. That also means that the scenarios are open to tweaking to accommodate any special interests. So, before the plot ideas, let's get the preliminary stuff out of the way...


[b]What I'm Looking For:[/b]

-I play male main, you play female main. Open to doubling and numerous side characters. 

-No limits on gore, profanity should be used tastefully, fade to black for sexy time. 

-At least 2 well-written and proofread paragraphs per post. More is great. Less is OK on occasion if there is dialogue going back and forth.

-Post at least once a day. More is great. Missing a day here and there is OK, but please stay active. 

-Contribute to the story. I don't want bystanders. Shake things up, make stuff happen, offer creative input. 

-Make interesting side characters as needed. We will have our main characters, yes, but they do not exist in a vacuum. Be willing to make allies and enemies that go beyond generic NPC status. 


Sound good to you? If so, time for the fun part: the plots. For each of these I'd like there to be a mix of action, drama, and romance. The balance of these can be tweaked to our liking, as can any other aspect of each of the ideas. Likewise, the settings are intentionally vague, allowing us to decide on whatever kind of magic/races/whatever we want to include.

They have all the wealth, they control the world's resources, they act as the police, the judge, and the jury in all legal matters. Those with talent are scouted at a young age and taken into a guild to live a life of prosperity in exchange for unwavering obedience. Those without talent may live a normal life in poverty. For those that wish to leave their guild and return to their normal life... well the Assassin's Guild takes care of them. The Assassin's Guild has never failed a contract, and it is feared so greatly that it's very name has become a taboo. However, when an assassin is sent to kill a childhood friend, the two will defy all odds. Will they be the first in history to escape the guilds?[/hider][/s](Taken)

[hider=The Walls Have Knives]The Tanzo family has ruled the land for generations, the people enjoying a period of peace and prosperity. It is the highest honor to marry into this family, and their is never any shortage of potential suitors. Now the time has come for the heir to be given a fiance. It will be great day for one family, but a humiliating slight for another. A venomous plot unfolds as a once loyal family tries to tear the Tanzo family apart from within their own walls. Blood will flow; the only question is whose?[/hider]

And there is one fandom I'd be interested in playing: Dark Souls. For this, I'd be interested in playing something along the lines of Gwyn's court, either before or after he sacrificed himself to the First Flame.
