[b]Personality:[/b] Naive, Persistant, Heroic, <Headstrong, Violent>

[b]Bio:[/b] An ideal magical girl, kind and sweet, scouted by Kyubey directly. Unlike most girls with strong magic in Aurora, she has no tragic backstory. And, indeed, lives out a normal happy family life, even under the current tyrannical system. She has friends and a blissfully carefree life. When she was approached by Kyubey, she threw her wish away carelessly, completely failing to think of the downside. There was no chance for her to realize what might spring from this fork in the road of her life, and it was done before she knew any different.

Her first time fighting a witch went extraordinarily well. Her combat ability proved to be quite high, and combined with her healing magic she seemed nearly invulnerable. Ingrid's confidence soared after this battle, but she quickly grew to realize that even though she had escaped with hardly a scratch, her soul gem was dark as the night. She had to immediately embark on another witch hunt. Her spirits stayed high through all of these trials, and she thought to herself "I just have to fight harder, and I can be the hero I wanted to be."

<It didn't take long for somebody to come along and crush those high spirits. A random act of chaos that Ingrid's brain absolutely could not make sense of, because there was no sense to make. Suddenly the world wasn't as simple as 'good magi fight evil witches.' Suddenly she lived in a world where other magical girls could attack and torture good people for seemingly no reason, and her brain couldn't parse that whatsoever. Something inside of her came unhinged that day. She became unable to summon a whole sword and shield like before, and now she could only summon broken variants of her chosen weapons. And when her soul gem grows dark, her personality changes dramatically as it never had before.>

[b]Allegiance:[/b] Aurora City Authority. She has no strong reason to ally with them, but calls herself loyal to the ACA because it seemed like the natural thing to do.

[b]Other:[/b] <Ingrid is incredibly easy to 'set off' these days. She lives her life having sworn absolute vengeance against Chloe and all evil puella magi. While she is normally under control and will perform her missions flawlessly, she is naive, and will bite at any chance to take retribution against her hated enemy. Even if it means failing a mission or breaking a promise, she can't stop herself from pursuing vengeance. Still, despite this, she is incredibly skilled at fighting witches, even solo. She doesn't fare nearly as well in magi-vs-magi combat, but her track record against witches and their familiars is incredible.>

[b]Powers:[/b] Ingrid was granted the power of self-healing, beyond that of a normal magical girl. This power has "infinite use" in that it has no restrictions, but it causes heavy strain on her mana reserves, causing her soul gem to turn black alarmingly quickly. The more she heals herself, the less emotionally stable she becomes and the closer she gets to turning into a witch. The more she fights and gets hurt, the more grief seeds she needs to consume, and thus the more she needs to fight witches and possibly get hurt, in a continuous catch-22. This also means that wasting her energy fighting against things that are not witches is an incredibly costly idea for her, and almost universally a choice to be avoided. [/hider]
