I know how the recruitment process is going to work, I just don't know how the [i]posts about it[/i] are going to work. It'll be Lady Buxton and Sir Chester basically just interviewing anyone suicidal enough to sign-up. Given that hardly anyone is joining (as you'll see in the IC), they're having to resort to accepting anyone capable of wielding a sword. 

Ah, I'll just post it and see what happens I suppose xD
