Ya, your explanation made sense. I was thinking of a physical Big Bang strictly like the one many scientist believe in- a large bit of matter suddenly explodes and spreads throughout the entire universe, thus creating everything over trillions of years as it's pieces make planets, stars, and so on- but your explanation helped clear it up. 
I started to understand what you meant when you said:

"This isn't just the beginning of the universe as a physical 'thing', this is the coming into existence of infinite timelines and futures, lives, orders, seasons, chaoses and so on."

I'm already imagining what Undasis' will be like, and what he/she will add to the universe when it goes bang.
