Got a WIP CS for you here.
Who are you? - Alec Shevchenko, still keeping a few paces ahead of the past. Name: Aleksey “Lyosha” Shevchenko Gender: Male Age: 34 Appearance: Wiry frame, standing at about 5’10. Blue eyes, with charcoal-shaded hair. Left arm clearly replaced with a prosthetic from the shoulder down, with a few faded surgical scars along his torso.

Personality: Certain elements seem clear within Alec; that he’s experienced both avenues of life, legitimate or otherwise, and has learned quite a few hard truths as a consequence of this, becoming a little jaded as a consequence. Having experienced the reality of what image and power really are, he holds a rather cynical view towards the current attitudes that many in modern society seem to hold, particularly those who obsess other the aesthetics of their prosthetic implants or which designer clothes they wear. Elsewise, he still believes in at least one thing; loyalty, on his part at any rate. Call him old fashioned, but despite all that he’s learned over the years, he’s never been able to set aside the sense of loyalty that his old man instilled in him. Skills and Abilities: Alec bears a certain familiarity and proficiency with run-of-the-mill firearms such as pistols, shotguns and rifles. Alec’s prosthetic arm is capable of feats of strength and durability that would be impossible for or otherwise crush a flesh-and-bone limb, although as a consequence he is subject to a higher calorie burn rate in order to maintain such capacity. At least it beats going to the gym. Background: Take this opportunity to show me where your character came from. Take as long as you like to be reasonably complete. If there are secrets you want to expose through the game, that's fine (Though I'd like to know them so I can work them into the story). Write a biography, a short story, a vignette. Heck, carve a sculpture if you like. It’s said that children often follow in the footsteps of their parents where possible, and Alec was never one to disappoint. His father was, incidentally, a first-generation immigrant whose parents had left the crumbling remains of the Eastern Bloc in the nineties to one of the lower-class districts of the city and wound up becoming entangled in its shadier elements and, with some luck thrown in, met the right people with the same interests. The story here is quite telling already; Alec noticed how his father had managed to afford a nice house close to the seafront with a classy beamer to go along with it, despite only working a ‘security’ gig in the nightclub sector for a ‘close friend’, and decided that he wanted the same. Knowing the right people made things easy at first, and with a few... introductions courtesy of the old man, Alec too, found himself entangled in this lifestyle, yet things would not end well. Circumstances beyond Alec’s control led him to lose two things he considered quite dear and personal; his left arm, and his father (sentenced to life without parole) which led him to find a new form of employment in the security sector, working for a contractor that often ran gigs for the various companies operating within the city. With his job, he could afford a new arm, a decent apartment and a not-so-classy car, and overall he considered himself lucky, his gaze set just a few steps ahead of the past.
There's a few aspects I'd rather PM to you rather than outright state here.
