But I suppose the occasional person might have an adverse reaction. Still, if it's a legal treatment, then it's rather like flying in an airplane: the results of a crash could be catastrophic, but the chance of a crash is so low that the service itself is utterly commonplace. Still, the fact that many more people die to doctors per year than to guns is an acceptable justification. But hey, I can say from experience that there's at least defense training against knives.
