Aria had started walking around, still seeking out something of interest. She wasn't really interested in making friends until after the initiation, after all, it'd suck to become friends with someone only for them to get sent home after one day. Scanning her head from side to side as she walked, she took in the numerous faces until she felt something bump into her, it couldn't have been another student, she'd have seen them coming. She stopped for a moment before looking down and seeing the face of a young-looking faunus with short blonde hair and tiger ears poking through her hair. The girl mentioned Signal, and Aria, wanting to at least speak to her on eye level, knelt down to look her in the face. She had very clear eyes, Aria thought she must have been a child until she glanced at her hands; she had callouses that were the result of practice, the kind that would take years to develop. And she was fairly sure no little kid would ever be admitted to Beacon, genius or not. She felt her foot bump against something as she knelt, and reached around to pick it up. It looked like 2 small discs attached to one another, almost like...a yo-yo? She'd seen her brother mess around with one when they were little, but she never cared to learn to play with them. She responded to the little kitty's question with: "Yup, I'm from Signal...say, is this thing yours?" She said extending her hand with the yo-yo in her palm. "Sorry about bumping into you, my name's Aria. I take it you're from Signal too since you asked?"
