Welcome to the thread! Very nice character. I pm'd you some questions about your CS, but I suppose I will just copy/pates here for others to also see the conversation, in case anyone has any other questions. 

Technopathy: Is it like a mechanical insight? He can't actually see inside machines, but maybe his mind can follow the course of electricity through it or something, eh? It might be kind of like seeing how the energy flows inside it. what if it's a super small microchip or nanotechnology? I am not sure if he could sense such detail, or can he? I don't believe he should be able to repair equipment with his mind but maybe he would intuitively know how to use it? can he telepathically control robots? can he build what he has seen if he gets to a lab or something later? Is that what you are thinking?

Tell me about the prometheus katana. what can he do with it? what can it cut through? how string is it? is it susceptible to heat/cold/electric/force shock?

as far as this satellite virus thingy he has... I can't for story purposes allow him to be able to shutdown the world wide web, but I can all him to hack some very powerful computers, just not the whole world at once. But feel free to make use of satellites.
