[@Strafe]So how it will work, is that there will be open positions on board i.e Cook, doctor and such. If we need those services refer to them as cook, doctor and such. if someone joins and wants that position, we can pick them up outside the ship, if it isn't possible at the moment, then we can just say they have been on the ship since the beginning.
