You can go ahead and just write them down like this and I'll work them into a stat card.

* Just remember to read the stat breakdown. You've got 16 points to distribute between everything but Health which is all the stats added together except for attack. 

...and would you like a micro for the card? Maybe your girl weaking a little more than an unbuttoned shirt or is that her battle gear? LOL
