Perhaps, but the flaw in your logic comes where we are talking about part 3. This would be set during Stardust Crusaders in which all the stands were based on Tarrot Cards and once they ran out of those Egyptian gods, [b]Star[/b] Platinum, [b]Magician[/b]'s Red, [b]Hierophant[/b] Green, [b]Tower[/b] of Gray, The [b]World[/b] etc, then came Stands like Thoth, Bastet, Anubis and so on.

The Stands manifestation in part 3 was caused by Dio's interference so if our characters were to have stands in a JoJo RP we'd need a common element that binds them. That said it looks like we're leaning more towards a Fire Emblem RP, good luck next time man.
