Again, Vanilla Ice (basically the penultimate boss of Stardust Crusaders) had a Stand named Cream, after the band that shot Eric Clapton to fame.  In addition, there are some Stand Users that appear in later parts (and thus follow the Stand naming theme that the vast majority of Stands use) who were alive and had their Stands during the time period Part 3 is set in, thus... Your logic makes no sense basically.

I've been a fan of the manga for a [i]long[/i] time, and even disregarding that all it takes is a [url=http://jojo.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_Stands]quick check online[/url] to verify this.
