If we were to use the Jojo's idea, which is admittedly looking unlikely at this point, the manifestation of Stands would in this case be caused by the woman in white.  We don't have to use the names of tarot cards or Egyptian gods; I was planning on starting my own naming convention: after poems.  But if people really wanted to, we could still use bands I guess.
