The blur eventually made Gabriel doze off, and it seems he was able to sleep there in that corner for an hour or so. A voice made him wake up. A surprised scream. He opened his eyes and felt the stinging pain in his head from the lights piercing his eyes. He groaned. He heard his name, and he looked up. "Hey..." he said with a weak voice. "Sorry to intrude..." he closed his eyes, turning away from the light. His senses were a mess right now. After a minute or two he managed to see her hiding behind the door. The blurr was fading but he was still kind of knocked out. "Didn't mean to scare you... I had to hide from the... The thugs outside." he said, trying to stand but the world spun around, knocking him back to the floor. "They were waiting for me, the cowards... They... Ambushed..." he said with a weak voice, and lost conciousness.
