After spending one more day in Magnolia, Nero left the town to find Iron Enigma.  Doubtlessly he encouraged Ayame to join him, but she probably didn't.  If she did, we can work together on a post once Burthstone gets back to me about Iron Enigma, but if she didn't, you can do what you like.
