Kokai made a move to continue his walk, but he was stopped when the boy continued the conversation. "No no, it was my fault, haha...!", said the boy, more than likely a Genin. "E-Excuse me, you are a Jonin, correct? And if it's not too much trouble, what Releases do you have?" Kokai smiled; the boy sure was inquisitive for a Genin. 'I remember my youth, and I hope he'll remember his," thought Kokai. Looking back to the teen, Kokai thought he would at least follow along. "First, we should exchange pleasantries. My name is Kokai Ekirei, holder of the Hyuga bloodline, and Tokubetsu Jōnin of Konohagakure. Sadly, I am not skilled enough for Jōnin, but I hope to make that rank within the year." Thinking back to the boy's other question, Kokai rubbed his eyes. In truth, he was activating his Byakugan, scanning the area. He could see the chakra of many people, some walking the streets, but two caught his eyes almost immediately. There, the boy he was talking to, seemed to be filled to the brim with chakra, ready to burst. Another, watching from a window, practically erupting with chakra. 'Hmmm, odd.' Kokai rubbed his protruding veins around his eyes as he let the Byakugan recede, feeling them return back under the skin. Kokai spoke again to the boy. "To answer your question, I am most studious of Wind Chakra, and I see myself as on of Konoha's strongest in the art. I dabble in Water, but it is not what I am best known for." Hoping he answered the boy's questions, Kokai thought he would begin his interrogation now. "So, may I have the name of my inquisitor? It hardly seems kind to ask all these questions without answering some of your own." Kokai was intrigued by the Chakra he saw in the boy, and decided his lunch could wait.
