gabriel Gabriel narrowed his eyes and said to Zander "you obviously do not Inderstand. A spirit mage shouldn't abuse their spirits. Yes, I have a contract with them, and they are happy to fight for me, but why should I figjt for the right to be in a guild? That just seems selfish of be, to ask that of my spirits. If you force me to do so, then you aren't the guild I thought you were. My spirits are my friends. And you don't ask your friends to fight for you simply for the chance to get in. I'll fight myself, but I won't subject my spirits to that as if they are slaves." he said, anger in his voice. "and I al not leaving." his tone had a 'make me' tone to it, and he crossed his arms over his chest, planting his feet. He looked to Andrea and let her talk, before saying "if I wanted to be in any of the other guilds, I would have gone to them. But I want to be in this guild. And I am not leaving until I have a guild mark. Excuse me" he went over to Zander, moving through the group that were grumbling probably at the missed opportunity for a fight, and he stepped in front of him, expression annoyed. Rat followed him, watching, ever watching. Gabriel shoved Zander. michael Michael jumped at princes voice, blushing worse then before, feeling half a child, and so confused. And a little freaked out. And wondering just what this cat man wanted. He looked about, but no one seemed to think it was odd, not that he tried to watch anyone for more then a second or two. He squirmed, not sure what to do. Not sure if he would just whisper if he opened his mouth. He glanced down at his hands, at the mark, closing his hand, to stretch it slightlt come on, you can't just sit there. You got the mark! You're apart of the guild! but no matter how he berated himself, he couldn't make himself be better. He flickered a glance to Prince again, and then away, so nervous and fearful. "uh. T-t-thank y-you" he glanced to his pack, and sighed softly, figuring he'd have to look for a place to stay now. Michael had never lived alone, and suddenly he felt so lonely, wondering how Gabriel was Going. "uh...w-w-w-what do I d-do now?" And then someone glomped prince, and Michael practically jumped in the air, giving a squeak. penny Penny smiled as one of them seemed incredibly...star s trucked seemed the word. She glanced over at the others, wishing she had names for them, She didn't, so instead she studied them. "Well, Hi" She said, looking over to Damian when he commented "Two weeks ago, I was tired, annoyed and ticked off. I still am, but well, can't be bitter all the time" she said to Damian, but something seemed to change, and Penny watched as Damian went forwards, to address the guild. Penny's good cheer seemed to disappear as quickly as it came, as Damian spoke. A memory roes, unbidden of her saying that she couldn't trust people that had killed, for no other reason then to kill. Couldn't she do anything right? She watched as Damian retreated upstairs. She glanced aside, away from everyone, as he thoughts slammed through her mind, not letting her process anything. A child solider? What kind of parents would do that, to their kid? She couldn't understand that. Why? Why was Damian saying this now? Penny managed to say to those from Frenzy plant "Sorry. I uh, I have to...I don't know" she turned away, darting to a corner away from the others. Could she deal with this now? Could she deal with anything now? She didn't know. focus She closed her eyes, sliding down the wall, and sitting down, dropping her head into her hands. Damian... There was a difference, she knew, between killing for self gain, and killing for protection. She never thought that Damian would kill for gain. Like she had. It must have taken Damian a lot, to say what he had. She sniffed, realising she wasn't so much surprised by the news, as she was hurt that he hadn't said anything before. Which was probably for the same reason why she hadn't said anything about killing her adoptive father. So why say anything now? That was something she wanted to ask, but she was scared. She rose, glancing about, and taking a deep breath, she headed to the stairs, and up them. Penny wasn't one to back down from something. But she still knocked on Damian's door quickly before she lost her nerve. Jarvis "If you aren't comfortable, or confident, then I can change and offer the position to Karn, instead" Jarvis said to fleo Jarvis looked around, and gave a smile, nodding, clearly proud of the guild, "Well. It is that. It's also a loving place, a place to be open. It iss...crazy. My members are the best, so I hope you will be ready to face them" he said with amusement, "may I have your names?" he asked, glancing at all the frenzy plant members, but stepped aside as Damian approached.
