Yar, in total 1 Might is used on giving energy to the orb, and if you are level 1, the strain of giving the energy is too great to bear for a level 1 god, forcing them to tap into their reserves and thus level up. The level up can happen during the explosion too.

Anyway, will get to writing the summary post so that we can get to messing around with our barren planet >:D

Edit: Also, we don't necessarily add particular 'things' to the orb, our energy combined is sufficient to add all that is required to create a balanced universe.
