[At some point during the night, the Yamomoto household regained its missing member. He now slumbers in his room, a small space with sky-blue walls, beige wooden furniture. There are clothes strewn about the floor, and a large pile of stuffed animals sits in the corner adjacent the bed. More line the surfaces of the large, flat-topped wardrobe and dresser. A colorful fan hangs from the ceiling, with a light in the center. The walls are unadorned, but the small bedside table has an alarm clock with Pikachu ears and a radio/CD-player in the same shade of yellow. Light filters through the room' some window, a beam falling directly onto the boy's face. The alarm clock is going off, imitating the pokemon's signature noise. "Pikaaaaaaa! Pikaaaaaaa!"] *rolls around for a moment, the outstretched an arm and slaps it around his bedside table until it hits the alarm clock, turning it off. Sits up, then turns himself so that he's facing outward of his bed, towards the door, stretches, yawns, and rubs his eyes blearily. Still half-asleep, stands up and begins to pick through the clothes on his floor in search of his uniform. Eventually finds it under a pair of jeans and a vest, as well as numerous socks, and changes out of his black and white bunny pajamas, trying unsuccessfully to smooth out some of the wrinkles in his school clothes as he does. Walks downstairs lethargically, and puts a piece of bread into the toaster, then goes over to his backpack and rummages around for a bit, making sure that everything is in order. Walking back into the kitchen, pours himself a glass of orange juice. Grabs the newly-toasted bread as it dings in the toaster, then sits down and eats his simple breakfast, allowing the somewhat starchy blandness of the toast to give him the necessary calories to start the day and enjoying the more flavorful citrus as its tang wakes him up.* What day is it, again? I...think I have school. Ugh, and probably work after that too. I hope it'll be better next year, when I don't have to put up with certain people. But...I'll have to do a lot more of my own work. *gulps down the last sip of orange juices, then rushes to the bathroom and brushes his teeth quickly, smoothing down his hair in the mirror as he does so. Proceeds to grab his bag and toss on his shoes, then tries again to flatten some of the wrinkles in his uniform before pushing out the door and outside gate, hopping onto the bike just outside* Maybe it's not so noticeable. At this point, all you really have to be is present and conscious, right? Better get moving on the present part, though, what time is it anyway?
