[color=bc8dbf]And do you not see that as a [i]problem[/i]? Often those who wield incredible power and destructive capability are often those with absolutely careless demeanor. They care not for the cities they level, or the lives they take. The fact that so many oft' act so recklessly with regard only for themselves is a dire problem that needs to be faced and squelched. 

Those who wield great power without regard for those who suffer as a result of their actions should suffer a direct consequence.[/color]
