Name: Korina Krowe
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Appearance: "...Ooh, shiny..."
Abilities: First and foremost, as a harpy Korina naturally has the ability to fly. She possesses mildly superhuman strength, especially in her arms/wings; this is primarily to help her with flight, but it also means that she possesses a rather punishing slap. Her stamina and endurance are also rather higher than the average human, and she is somewhat lighter than she appears; her bones are in fact hollow, like a bird's. Her taloned feet are also rather strong, albeit not as much as her wings, and her sharp claws provide her main method of defense. Of course, the downside to all of these capabilities is the rather notable fact that she possesses little manual dexterity; she has no hands, after all, and whilst she can carry things with her feet (again, she is actually rather strong, making her well suited for loading and unloading crates, chests, barrels and the like), they lack the coordination of human hands.
Personality: Korina is rather scatterbrained, often jumping from topic to topic in a seemingly random fashion and getting distracted by shiny objects. However, despite this she is actually more intelligent than she initially comes off, and is actually a rather cunning strategist once she properly gets her mind into gear. Korina is slow to anger and cares rather deeply for her friends; naturally, this is a clear indication to never push her over the edge. An angry Korina is a scary Korina.
Bio: Korina is, of course, a harpy, a seemingly all-female race of humanoids with avian features; most notably the wings replacing their arms and their taloned feet. Harpies usually live away from humans, wary and fearful of them, but sometimes circumstances force them to have to associate with them. One day, when flying out from her home, Korina was caught in a sudden, dreadful storm. Battered by rain and tossed about by strong winds, she plummeted to the sea below and lost consciousness. By some miracle, she didn't drown, but when she came to she found herself in an unknown kand, far from her home and family. Unable to figure out where they were, she ended up joining a sky pirate crew, in the hope that in doing so she would be able to scrounge up at least some clues to the way back home...
