... Yeah, I can see where that would get awkward, especially in a high school age group. I was the DM for mine. At first, I was actually the only girl (GIRL DOMINATION!), but then over time, two others joined, one replacing someone who ended up moving out of town, before school ultimately dissolved the group. When we first started, the characters the others played ended up being an insane eladrin wizard who almost got the group killed a couple times, a dragonborn paladin allergic to smoke, a cleric who couldn't stand the sight of blood, a halfling afraid of heights, and a dwarf afraid of the dark. Good times.
