It becomes nothing like roleplaying, so free form it is. EDIT: Then there's the matter of balance. How sure are you that the system is going to be balanced? It'd be like designing a game, which will take a while -- and it will lead to things becoming too complex for it to run. But here's a link to my RP, not that it's of much use. I'm not proud of me getting cold feet, no matter the circumstances. I haven't forgiven myself for it, which is why if I ever become GM again, it would be for an RP that's extremely small-scale and self-contained, and simple to run. Like I said, if you make things as epic and complex as me, you'd better be ready to commit your life to it. Otherwise, keep it simpler.
