[/quote] It might be useful to have people state which class they'd be playing their characters as, more just to make sure you have a good balance of characters playing so the story will be more interesting to play. Coming up with creative ways to use your abilities, rather than just using a preset auto-fire skill, would also come into the RP then. For instance, a Sniper shooting at a sign to cause it to swing down and knock an alien out of cover so the Heavy can blast them apart, or an Assault charging an enemy through a weak wall or a window to get them out of a building and away from civilians, or a Support throwing a smoke grenade into the middle of a group of aliens to blind them while a Sniper moves into position.
