People with mild delusions and such get therapy and assistance. If she was seeing people that weren't there or something of that sort sure. People with seriously violent delusions such as devouring others do get chucked into mental asylums. It might not necessarily be forever but until she can be cured. The thing is people with violent delusions would be considered a danger to themselves and to others because if they're delusions remain constant their is every possibility that the delusions may cross from fantasy to reality. If she believes she is doing these things at some point in her life she may actually devour a real person not knowing the difference between reality and fantasy. If her delusion is threatened in some way she could easily become violent and harm either herself or others.

Before you say that Mokuren wouldn't do any of this it doesn't matter what you can assure us she would or wouldn't do. These are what the staff of Beacon are aware [i]could[/i] happen and to prevent potential injury to any of the students or staff the safest response would be to relocate Mokuren to a facility equipped to help people with problems like hers.
