Ahh, fantastic. Where is he the night of the raid, and what does he make of the missing lab equipment afterwards? Should Klaus approach him about defecting, how would he initially react/how bad would things have to get for him to change his mind? I can imagine many heated discussions during secretive meetings in cafes while Klaus tries to get Aaron to go into hiding with him and Aaron struggles with his sense of duty and loyalty to his friend. also, there's a possibility for an uneasy alliance with the TAP here. Key?
Well here's my issue. I want him to stay, but I just can't find a reason that he would. Maybe he feels that on the inside he can make more of a difference? Or that he has a duty to his patients in case they start showing symptoms? I can't see him having any feelings of duty to his country when he has an idea of what it's doing to people. He took an oath, after all. In terms of logistics, I'd say he's in the med lab the night of the raid, is irate about the lack of equipment, but would make the best of it. He would consider defecting, but for *insert reason*, would not, though Klaus should definitely approach him about it. Maybe it's out of fear? Maybe that would be a good one, fear of the consequences. He'd never be able to practice again, not in Germany at least, and not for years after if he were to leave. Not to mention he may fear for the well-being of himself and his family. I'm still trying to iron out the details, and if anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate them. As well, forgive my ignorance, I don't know what the TAP is. Google isn't helping, either.
