I try my best to at least wait for everyone in the team to make a post, and I also prefer to do all my posts at once. I know I need to do something for Gren, the Caravan Escort mission, and now the Patrol mission, though I'm waiting for Ryo at least to see what he'll do. I know Seven's here but she has reasons to be absent.
